Ace first discovered Very Dep Studio through Instagram, and he had already browsed a few reference shots on our website that caught his eye. Since he was only in Vietnam for a short trip, he wanted to make the most of his time here by booking a photoshoot. As a freestyle rapper from the U.S., Ace knew exactly what he wanted: a set of photos with a cool, edgy vibe that reflects his personality.
To push the look further, Ace requested a bold makeup statement - dramatic black eyeliner dripping down his face. Without hesitation, our makeup artist brought his vision to life, and Ace was thrilled with the result.
In addition to the two outfits he prepared himself, Ace also wanted to incorporate a baseball bat as a prop to pair with his mesh hoodie. It was a perfect fit for the concept. Unsurprisingly, given his background in performing, Ace was a total natural in front of the camera. Confident, professional, and full of energy, he made the shoot both smooth and fun.
To complement the standard lighting setup, our photographer also experimented with gel lighting, adding vibrant pops of color that gave the final images an extra punch.
