We specialize in a wide range of studio photography services, including individual portraits, couple and family portraits, pet portraits, pre-wedding sessions, headshots, boudoir shoots, and our unique "Express Yourself Portraits" genre. This last option allows individuals or groups to bring their creative themes to life in our studio environment.

What are your pricing and deliverables?

We offer various packages tailored to each type of shoot, with pricing based on factors such as session length, the number of photos delivered, and the type of deliverables (e.g., digital files, prints, albums). If our standard packages don't meet your needs, we're happy to create custom packages for you. Once you specify your desired shoot type, we'll provide you with detailed package options to choose from.

What languages do you speak?

Our team is fluent in both English and Vietnamese.

How do I book a shoot, and what payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, bank transfers, and PayPal, and we require a 50% deposit to secure your session. Our clients typically book their shoots anywhere from a few days to a few weeks in advance, but we can accommodate bookings with 24-hour notice if we have availability. Can you walk me through the process from start to finish?

Once you've booked your shoot, our producer will send you a client survey to help our photographer better understand your expectations and goals. Our producer will then guide you through every step of the process, from wardrobe and hair/makeup advice to prop suggestions, ensuring that all your questions are answered.

Can you tell me about your equipment and studio space?

We use custom hand-painted canvas backdrops to add natural texture to our images, maintaining a minimalist portraiture style that emphasizes our subjects' personalities. Our studio is furnished with premium stools and chairs from District Eight Furniture, providing an elegant and modern backdrop for our portraits. We utilize full-frame Sony mirrorless cameras and top-quality lenses for photography, along with professional lighting systems that include gels and modifiers.

Do you offer on-location services, such as home or office shoots?

Yes, we offer customizable packages that allow our team to travel to your location with our portable lighting and backdrop setup.

PET SPECIFIC FAQ

Do I need to bring accessories for my pet(s)?

If your pet is accustomed to wearing clothing or accessories, feel free to bring them along. Additionally, if your pet has a favorite toy or snack you'd like to include in the photos, you're welcome to bring those as well.

Do I need to bring treats?

We provide treats and freshly cleaned water bowls, but you're welcome to bring your pet's favorite treats or toys if you prefer.

Will there be other pets present during my shoot?

No, we only accommodate one appointment at a time to ensure a stress-free environment for you and your pet.

Can I be photographed with my pet(s)?

Absolutely, we're happy to capture photos of you with your furry companions if you'd like.

What is the process for a pet portrait session?

Once you've booked your appointment, our producer will send you a brief client survey to help us understand your goals and expectations. During the session, we'll give your pet time to acclimate to the studio environment before starting the shoot, which typically lasts 60-90 minutes.

Do you offer photoshoots in parks or clients' homes?

Do you photograph exotic pets?

While dogs and cats are our most common clients, we also photograph other types of pets. However, we strongly oppose the illegal wildlife pet trade and will not photograph any animals or wildlife that are illegally domesticated.
